Co-Founder and Director of BuildNext, where he is leading a revolution in the construction industry through cutting-edge technology and innovation. His diverse experience spans leading roles at renowned organizations like Amazon, IBM, and Citibank, where he honed his skills in product development, operations, and technology integration. A graduate of NIT Calicut, Finaz also holds an MBA from IIM Bangalore. His unique combination of business acumen and technological expertise makes him a key driver of innovation in the construction sector.
Finaz Naha
Co-founder of BuildNext, transforming the custom homebuilding industry in India by integrating cutting-edge technology. Gopi holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from IIT Kharagpur, where he made history as the first architect in 60 years to receive the prestigious B.C. Roy Gold Medal. He completed his post-graduation at IIM Bangalore and is also a member of the advisory committee for the Construction Innovation Hub by habitat for humanity, one of the world's largest Non Profit Organizations, driving innovation in sustainable construction practices.

The technocrat who has been the driving force behind the development of groundbreaking technologies such as BuildNext Virtual Reality and DesconAI. An ex-Microsoft developer, Dileep excels in creating high-performance systems and app development, with extensive experience in large-scale data processing frameworks and designing intuitive user interfaces. His expertise spans across building innovative solutions that push the boundaries of technology. A graduate of NIT Calicut, Dileep has also published several apps and games across multiple platforms, showcasing his versatility and passion for tech. Dileep has led the tech vertical and has filed over 10+ patents for BuildNext.

Heading Operations at BuildNext across the brands, Nirmal excels in breaking down complex operational intricacies to standard processes that are easily measurable and scalable. Nirmal has a strong passion for working in competitive environments and solving real-time operational challenges. Nirmal has played pivotal role in scaling BuildNext to 1000+ projects. With expertise in product development, execution, and efficiency improvement, he has contributed significantly at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited and Amazon India. Nirmal a graduate of NIT Calicut and an MBA from IIM Bangalore

Gautam has worked with prestigious organizations like Mahindra and Ashok Leyland, where he played a pivotal role in the successful planning and launch of iconic models such as the XUV300 and XUV700. His expertise covers a broad range of areas, from product development and market strategy to operations management. Gautam holds a Bachelor's degree from NIT Bhopal, and an MBA from IIM Bangalore
